Outpatient Services

The Outpatient Services Department at Lawnwood consists of three areas of service: pretest, medical, and surgical. Patients of all ages - from infants to geriatics - receive high quality care from our staff of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants.

Pretest performs nursing assessments and diagnostic labs and EKG's for pre-surgical, pre-radiology, and special procedures patients including pre-cardiac catheterization procedures.

The medical services area provides a full range of outpatient services including IV therapy, blood transfusions, chemotherapy, IM/SQ injections, therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.

The surgical services area performs pre-operative assessments and prepares patients for outpatient scopes and surgeries. This area also provides discharge education to outpatient clients.

The Lawnwood Outpatient Services Department is located on the southeast corner of the hospital (facing Lawnwood Stadium). Our hours are 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.
